Phone doesn't shut down....

My Inc for some reason no longer shuts down.
Every time I power it off all it does is reboot and turn itself back on.

Thoughts?

Maybe the screen unlock button is stuck? Not the plastic "button" itself, but maybe the contacts underneath...

Could be....kind of weird right? They think that was the issue because if it was the battery, then it would do it randomly.....

update...it shuts off completely when plugged in.....go figure.

Yeah that had to be a hardware issue with a button or something. At least you have a replacement on the way!

Yep..they tell me it won't ship until Monday.
Well it shipped today and will be in my NJ office on Tuesday.....
It is a refurb according to the email.
