Phone Dog. Battery life?

I'm asking about the people who say they have good battery life versus those who say the battery life is terrible?

Can anyone tell me how their battery life is? I just watched Phone Dog's review and they are really not impressed with it.

Based on everyone's comments, although I'm not sure if you're still following along as some of these posts are very long, including this one, the nexus 6 battery life is mediocre, terrible, or okay.

Relative other nexus devices it's great, however relative to other 2014 devices it's not so great. I hope we've helped.

That that is a false statement. You are not basing it on everyone's comments, as some said it was great. You are not helping when you present as truth that which per what you define as your source material is patently false.

You also continue to ignore when people provide evidence either countering your assertions or questioning whether you have a personal agenda that is not furthering constructive discussion, as I have no doubt you will do here. It's a shame that some readers who may be newer to the forum might read your posted 'summary conclusion' as truth, when a review of the thread will show that it is clearly not. And in this case, it's not even a matter of opinion, but demonstrated fact.

The function of this thread, like many others in which you have participated, has been diminished or derailed by your postings. If that is the purpose of your 'work,' I suggest you seek work elsewhere.

My frustration is the use of "relative" terms. Mediocre, terrible, OK, good, excellent reflect subjective, personal opinions. Everyone should put their own label on the battery life, for sure. But to be valuable to another user, the data is critical.

My 19 hours/charge and 5 hrs SOT might be adequate in my mind. Another user might find that terrible (because they love Facebook, or need 7.5 SOT while getting more than 12 hrs/charge (estimating what the phone can do). Yet another user might find it great (yesterday, I got 28 hrs/charge because I only had 2 hrs SOT).

That's putting my true life experience out there for others to consider, and THEN assessing how that measures up to my personal requirements. In this case, I'm expanding on the knowledge base offered up by Phone Dog, and hopefully helping the OP put that review into context. Just calling the battery "terrible" really doesn't help him, and in fact reinforces the Phone Dog report even though you don't explain how your personal experience mirrors the review.

He runs around claiming Samsung is superior to every other device. My claim has to do with the nexus 6 battery life.

I am open to all OS's and devices.
