Phone flashlight not working anymore.

I use the flashlight on the Droid Turbo phone quite a bit and I used it as recent as last night. Last night it was on for quite a bit and after a few minutes it will turn off. Today I tried to turn it on (by chop method and drag down twice from top) and one of the 2 lights flicker on and off but stays off. The other light doesn't turn on at all. I tried restarting the phone to see if it was a glitch but same problem. Why is that? It's an LED light and those don't really burn out do they? I've had this phone for about 8 months.

Ok I got it working again. I guess it was a glitch. Weird because when i turned off my phone and back on, rebooting it, it didn't fix it. I went into camera mode and selected to flash on. I took a picture and the 2 lights flashed a couple times like it is supposed to. I took a few pictures like that and the lights seem to work. So I turned the camera off and went into the flashlight and both lights light up now. I tried both methods to turn the phone on and both turn the light on. So I don't know what it was but that fixed it.
