Phone just turns off during some process after update!

Hi,

Seems after the upgrade to ICS, I'm now getting the same lag issues that I have on my Asus TF300T.

Now I'm also getting an issue where the phone instantly turns off. Completely off!

It looks like it's trying to do some process then the next second the phone is off.

Is it rebooting or just powering off? Also are you on 4g?

Ive had that issue 4 times sense the update.
