Phone Keeps Turning On

I'm about at the end of my rope on this one. My new Droid Razr keep turning on every one to two minutes after the screen times out. It happens whether or not it is charging. I have turned off Juice Defender and set email/social networking/weather apps to manual sync only. Wi-Fi is not notifying me of open networks. This happened on my Samsung Epic 4G, so I'm thinking it's an app problem. (I have the same apps on both phones.)

Is anyone aware of an Android fix or an app that is known to cause these issues? I have updated the software and rebooted a couple of times. Thanks for any info!

I found my razr to do this. It would turn the screen on and then off. Lasted for about a second. Random times maybe 2 times every few days and then it stopped. My gnex was the same way doing the same thing.
