Phone Keeps Wanting to Restart

So of late, the past few days, when I turn off the screen I get the power off or restart options and then the soft reset screen comes on. It's like a loop that is hard to get out of.


Anyone else having this? Any thoughts?

I've done a soft reset. Did a wipe cache. Trying to avoid the hard reset.

Had the same issue with my M8. It was a faulty power button. Got phone replaced under warranty.
