Phone now docked on right side of screen

I have an Android Incredible and the phone taskbar has moved to the right side of the screen and I can't bring it back down to the bottom of the screen where it normally is docked. Help anyone?

Did you try shutting down, and restarting the phone?

Yes. Several times. Finally on third try, the phone launcher is back at the bottom of the screen. Thanks.
