Phone reboots when saving YouTube videos offline!

I thought this might have been a fluke occurrence, but it happens pretty often. The first few downloads would be fine, but as I select more and more files to be saved, the phone just reboots. When it turns back on, it's pretty damn hot. I can't believe that just 4 downloads would overheat this phone so quickly. Has this happened to anyone else?

How are you downloading YouTube videos? Do you have YouTube Red, or are you using a 3rd party downloader? I believe the latter aren't available on Google Play Store, since they violate the YouTube terms of service, so apps installed from other sources might be more likely to be glitchy (or worse yet, malicious).

Yes I have YouTube Red. It happens pretty much every single time I download multiple videos. Even one at a time. Pretty $%&ing irritating.

Having the same issue. I uninstalled the youtube updates and it worked fine but the google play just updated them again and the issue started reoccuring.
