Phone resets here and there & SD Card isn't recognized

So I've had my phone rooted (just unrooted) for a month and left the stock rom on and flashed on Google search (jelly bean version) and that's it. Today I received an AT&T OTA update and before anyone thinks I was foolish enough to download and install it, I didn't. Now I don't know if this OTA has anything to do with my issue, but its an issue I have non-the-less! Can anyone help PLEASE. Thanks.
