Recently my phone has been shutting down/resetting while using apps.
It first did this when I was scrolling through the Tumblr app. The battery would drop to 0% and shut down. When I turn it back on, the battery would be at 6%, even it if was fully charged before. It would shut down/reset with instagram and a few other apps as well.
I factory reset my phone, but that didn't solve anything. Now my phone shuts down when I try to use Google Maps or send a text. If I turn it on after, the battery is below 9%, but if I reset it manually, the charge returns to what it was before.
Anyone have any advice on how to fix my phone?
