My USB port is not working, verified by local service center
I was able to connect via the browser (192.168.1.115:8080) but couldn't find a way to sync or backup my phone via Wi-Fi.
I turned off my Bitdefender firewall
I ran the Kies via Wi-Fi under the connections section of settings on the phone. The phone shows connected but the Kies software on my PC is stuck at connecting or loading.
I tried this on my laptop too but same result, stuck.
Is there another way to backup my phone via Wi-Fi?
