Phone screen completely black

[AC Question]

I was helping a friend try to move her photos onto her computer. We had the USB tethering activated to get some internet. She unplugged it, and the screen went completely black. There is a little blue light on top. We can't get it to turn off, and there is no removable battery. Help!

Try to press the power button for about 10 seconds; that will force Ur device to reboot.
