phone screen keeps jumping around and sends of text on its own also open widgets

the screen is unresponsive at times and i have to constantly restart the phone for it to work ,it opens apps and widgets on its own sends off messages on its own

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Is the screen completely clean? Does this only happen when the phone is plugged in and charging? Does this happen in Safe Mode as well?
