Phone Still Locked Even After HTC Unlock???

During the process, and after this output, Nothing happens on my phone and the remain locked even though it says it's unlocked...

How do you know it's still locked? did you get a screen pop up on your phone with some windy notifications about the evils of unlocking your phone requiring you to accept or decline? Do you have custom recovery image (eg: TWRP) to boot into after unlocking to see? If not then you missed a step somewhere and reading (or re-reading) the guide posted by uh60james is the way to go.

Are you sure you don't mean you are still S-ON and not S-OFF (not possible with the Hboot 1.5 yet)??

Read the sticky.. Hboot 1.5... You may have to down grade using the ruu listed there. I just went through all this.
