Phone Stuck in Loop

Hey guys today I decided to try JellyBAM. I have a Nexus S, so after a bit of research, I unlocked the phone, flashed CWM with Touch, Rooted it etc and then i installed JellyBAM. Problem is when i reach the setup stage (entering wifi, country etc) i get
Unfortunately, System UI has stopped error repeatedly!! I cannot stress how annoying this is!! It doesnt go away when i press ok.

So i searched for the problem, did what the people on forums said and did the following steps multiple times yet same problem:
- redownloaded rom in case error in file
- wipe dalvik cache
- factory reset
- dirty flashed the ROM

nothing works and its been a few hours so i thought go with CyanogenMod, maybe that will solve this.

This is where im stuck!!
I cannot access the phone's memory using the computer. I boot to bootloader and connect it via usb cable but nothing comes up on windows explorer.
in adb it shows the device but as offline.

because System UI is not working, there is no notification bar and i cannot turn on mass storage.

Someone please have mercy on me and show me how i can at least put a useable rom on this!!!

Are you using a custom recovery? If you are, you can mount the USB Storage partition to access the handset's memory. Try using CWM or TWRP, as regular stock recovery doesn't let you mount the phone as USB Storage.
