Phone stuck on lg screen

Hey, so I reverted from zvh to zvd, no problems.
Then, I was going to flash cold as ice so:

I wiped data, wiped cache, wiped dalvik cache
I was going to flash cold as ice, but I forgot to put it on my sd card...
So I rebooted so that I could transfer that
But now it just stays on the LG Screen and it never fully boots.
Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks

if you can get back to recovery,mount your sdcard in advanced options in recovery mode and load it onto your card while in recovery

U shold allways make a backup of stock for that just in case Factor

you could shut phone off---pull sd card and install in card reader----connect to computer---install zip onto sd card---replace card into phone---reboot into recovery

you can mount usb storage in recovery

Thanks for all the help guys but I forgot I had a nandroid backup, so I just restored that and now everythings fine.
