phone update

I have a S5 G900F on 4.4.2 I want to update to lollipop or marshmallow but kies doesn't work or ota doesn't work... in the about device baseband is G900F build number is G900F SE is enforcing SEPF_SAMSUNG-SM-G900A_4.4.4_0011 and underneath that it says United Arab Emirates is my phone faulty because of these or not? I live in the UK and I'm on Vodafone if this helps

This guide might help, but never tested it.
Upgrade Samsung Galaxy S5 G900F to Android 5.0 Lollipop XXU1BNL9
note: check some videos or overviews about android 5 before upgrading.

I just contacted Samsung support and the s/n is different to the one on the about phone section and they cant do anything I have to travel to the United Arab Emirates to get the update

Your phone appears to have been, "adapted", in the past and is not running the stock Samsung firmware for your model of phone, CSC and Product codes. This would account for your update problems.

Could you post your firmware details and Product Code as per #1.8 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide
