Phone vibrates on resuming and entering lock mode

Hi,
(This post is unrelated to a past one regarding "vibrating", please don't close it)

My Samsung Galaxy S20 vibrated every time the screen times out and enters lock mode and vice-versa when I press the right button to exit the lock mode and start using the phone.
How do I remove this behavior?

Have you checked in settings>sounds>system sound and vibration control?

Hi,
Thanks for your kind reply. Actually, the "screen lock/unlock" is not activated and it still vibrates. More frustrating is the fact that in my other S20 the setting is "on" and it doesn't vibrate.
Any other insights?

Try safe mode , make sure no 3rd party apps causing this.

Looks like your advice worked, seems that what I had to do is reboot after making the change.
