Phone Will Not Vibrate for ANYTHING

Ive tried hard reset, ive tried every app to make the phone vibrate and it wont do anything. I read every forum except this one. My last result is I need a new phone but I dont want to do that b.c i dont want a refurbished phone. Have anyone had this problem and found a fix? I need help bad. This is getting to me and I want my phone to vibrate.

i hate asking the most obvious of questions, but you have of course gone to menu>settings>sound and made sure your vibrate options are configured correctly?

if that is the case, and a hard reset didnt cure what ails you, a replacement phone is probably your only option.

How do you define a hard reset? If it doesn't include doing a factory reset, then I'd try that. If you did do a factory reset, you're only option is to take it in to verizon.
