Phone Won't Charge, Charging Logo loops on my Huawei G Play Mini

Hello Peoples,

It's been 2 Years since i bought that phone, it was working fine.. But now after few months when i try charging it, It has a light indicator with shows if it charges or not, the red light blinks for 5 second and then charging logo loops, It's the only phone i have and it's really important for me, there is no warranty, it expired... When i turn it on.. It says Charging then after 1 seconds again its not charging, saying plug in charging, after again charging. There is no way to remove battery, i'm afraid to open the screws of the phone. Somebody please help me with this problem.

Welcome to Android Central! I'd guess that the battery has failed. You'd have to bring it to a repair shop to replace it. Make sure you tell the technician not to factory reset the phone if at all possible. Good luck!
