phone wont stop running under 300mA

no matter what i do i cant get this phone to stop killing my battery. im at the point of having 90% of my apps frozen and still nothing has changed. please refer to this as background on the issue
i know now that its not launcherpro but have no idea what it could be

happens to me every day at some point, I just restart my phone and it stops. app killer doesn't help

Get Current Widget and have it log your apps then you can see whats running and try and narrow it down.
