For what ever reason, starting 3 days ago, my phone is going from 100% to 5% in less than 3 hours and it was really warm. I thought it was an app, so I removed the few I recently downloaded.

I went as far as a factory reset, then reinstalled my apps yesterday. Its doing the same again today. I turned the phone off then back on, didn't touch it for an hour....still pegged at 100%.

I'm using System Manager to see my status, what do I do?

Lots of people here have reported that their battery life dropped after installing the must recent update. Many have since said that installing widget locker solved the problem. (except that they lost widget locker). You might try installing widget locker and see if that helps.

Yeah, I just read that. Total BS. It worked fine with widgetlocker before the update. Hopefully they will update widget locker, as the functionality is offers is amazing....and the Moto lockscreen sucks big time.

System Monitor>Menu>Monitor>History

At the top, show top apps and vary the timeline from 2 hours to 1 day to see when it's happening. For example, right now mine shows "system" as the top app for CPU usage. When I tap on it, up comes the historical consumption screen and I can see exactly when and what is happening.

Is it 'System Monitor' or 'Perfect System Monitor' that you are using?

No, you have it backwards.

They "un"-installed widgetlocker to fix the drain.

Pfft, just return it for a new one. I get constant 18 hours minimum on my Photon. I have to force it to get to below 30%. There has to be a glitch in yours somewhere.

I also had a battery drain problem after the latest OTA update. Uninstalling WidgetLocker worked for me.

Wow, sitting here a bit shocked because I'm at 59% on my battery and it's been 28 hours. I don't have that program to show a screen shot. I'm not sure why I'm getting such good life though. I haven't talked a lot on the phone, but I still get texts, emails, social networking updates, etc. The only thing that has changed in the past couple of days is we switched from Cox internet to Verizon FIOS. Not sure if the wireless connection has something to do with this awesome battery life or not. I usually get a good 14 ~ 16hrs on my phone before plugging it in at night, but this is exceptional!
