What an amazing picture! Super clear and detailed.

Nice catch of the mating.
I've found it very helpful to gently tap the area I want in focus and wait until the square turns into a circle, indicating focus lock. Then I get what I want in focus, in focus.

I love the way the automatic hdr when the dynamic range is too large. Works so well in my house in the afternoon when the sun casts shadows on the walls, etc.

These images were uploaded to the phone to Google Photos and then downloaded so I could resize them in Photoshop.

As I've said before, I find it best to gently tap on the area of the image which I want to be in focus and then wait for the square to turn into a circle indicating focus lock and then capture the images.

Sometimes it helps to underexpose a little when you know hdr will be used to help retain some detail in the lighter areas.

Surprised the nerd tree is still a topic of conversation. It's still up, with additions. The 12th Doctor and his Sonic. It'll come down at some point. 20200107_171521.jpeg

Played around with night mode this morning, moon was looking too pretty. First 3 pictures are in night mode close up camera. Last one is just regular mode, again close up camera. I have no idea what the green lights are, couldn't see anything that would cause them but might be a spider web that the camera saw. Our ring floodlight cam sometimes gets the same aliens.

Can't attach all 4 pictures, too large - so will split into 2 posts. This post is night mode.

Yeah, night mode did a good job, compared to regular. Good eye, too.
