Photos taken with the S7/S7 Edge

Took a trip to Disneyland and really put my phone to the test. They should review phones there. Very demanding conditions! This was from the Tiki Room. I liked the way the sunlight was hitting the fabric. Lots more photos to follow in the coming days.

Put the S7 camera to the test with some shots on some Disney dark rides. First Little Mermaid where I got mostly good results even from a moving ride vehicle:

Lost our 11 year old chocolate Lab to kidney failure last month. She was my everything and she died in my arms :'(
Everyone kept saying "you need to get another dog now!"
NOT ready, don't know if I'll ever be ready.
Monday night during a severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings, a stray dog showed up on our back patio.
He was covered in fleas, a large hole in the middle of his back and several less severe wounds and way too skinny.
He was scared, wet, wounded, wormy and hungry.
Now he's happy, dry, flea free, de-wormed, healing and gaining weight...and LOVED :D
Oh, and he LOVES peanut butter ;)

Moon shot with pro mode and cropped. Wasn't sure how far we could zoom in here in the forums.

I know this is a kick-bu tt camera, but, do we REALLY want to illustrate the S7 cam capabilities on the MOON?
Maybe not ;)

Yes, it's disappointing that it animates burst mode in reverse. I had to download every photo and then create a slideshow with Picasa. Animating in reverse serves no purpose that I can think of.

Great story! Love the pic!

So over the weekend I had what could be a Samsung commercial moment similar to Samsung Pay, only with photos. I was in a dark bar and thought the DJ's setup looked cool with glowing turntable controls. So I snapped a photo. The DJ looked at me and said "aw you should have used a flash". I turned my phone around to him and said "Why?" LOL He was impressed.

I actually prefer the more muted colors. The S7 seems over saturated in some cases to me.

OP did you use all auto settings or did you tweak some settings, when I had my S7, it seemed heavy handed on the exposure settings compared to my Iphone ? Of course it could still be adjusted to compensate and is a MUCH better camera overall. There is no way the camera doesn't beat Apples camera, I switched for other reasons. I wish I could have the S7 camera on my Iphone !
