I bombed out... lots of fast moving, high clouds - couldn't get 50X to focus on the full moon. But did get some interesting shots otherwise, because of it...

Full Moon is just a big white dot with a ring around it - wouldn't focus!

This is just below, left of the moon and they were moving rapidly, right to left so... it explains the focus issue!

Now, go out to 1X and shoot up through my Ham Radio tower... nice halo around the moon, clouds, clear sky to the left...

...and this funky "Cluster" (should have used Google SkyMap) that my wife noticed, just to the East of the Moon - yellowish, tight cluster - not just a star, like a group. Never seen it before! Couldn't get it any sharper either. You can actually see it in the previous picture, just above and to the left of the moon - as a speck... looks like a star in that picture.
EDIT: 10/2/20 - Google SkyMap says it's Mars, not a cluster!!! Damned!
