Just can not understand why android makes it so difficult to sync pic's
from windows PC's. Is it that difficult to build an app that would do that and
For printing .

If you could explain exactly where the difficulty lies someone here might be able to offer more insight into your problem.

Personally I have no problem connecting my Nexus to my PC and then drag and drop any files I want to.

I've had no problem either. Sometimes I just put the pics on my Dropbox from 1 device and download them onto my other device.

i have no problems either. be specific with your issue
