I use my camera a lot outdoors, mostly at car shows and of scenery. Why do my pictures continue to have this rainbow effect all over them? This happens to me a lot. I never had this issue with my Note 9.

Is the lens clean?
Maybe try a different mode or filter.
I've taken many pics outside and the only rainbow in my pics is the pic of the rainbow.
 
Looks like sun glare reflecting on the lens. You can try to change the angle and position of how you take pics relative to where the sun is.
 
@jettie1767 is dead on. Look at the white spot above the back door. Direct reflection into the lens. Any camera would have an issue.
 
What kind of case do you have? Is it a full case that covers the lens. It looks like there is an extra layer over the lens.
 
Thanks guys, I just went back thru my other various pics like this. Looks like you're right, they all have what I'll call a hot spot on them. I just never had this issue with my Note 9.

My case is the oem Samsung leather case.
