Picture in picture not working.

Samsung Galaxy J5 pro
Tryingto use it for Netflix specifically
Tried every troubleshoot I've found online but nothing.
Cleared data, cache, uninstalled, turned it on and off in settings, everything is updated and it's the same on Wi-Fi or mobile data. I've reset all app preferences,

I am having issues with my picture in picture not working for Netflix. I cleared my cache updated everything and checked settings. Nothing works.
