This is the best case I have found for the A500. Its almost like no case at all but still protects all the back and sides and edges in case of a drop. Adds very little bulk. No back prop however. Finally I was able to get the pics to download.

Have you tried contacting the sellers directly via email? They may be willing to work out a deal with you and ship it to your location, provided there aren't any sticky leagalities involved. South Africa is pretty far down there, but I'm sure one of those cargo ships coming from China can swing around the Horn and drop one off for ya!
