Hi all, bought a Samsung Galaxy Note FE (running 8.0.0) for a family member about a month ago and periodically when they were trying to unlock the phone the screen at which you would usually enter the pin code or pattern doesn't load or isn't loading properly.
Instead of seeing the slightly greyed lock screen image and the keypad/3x3 dots overlayed on top of it, the lock screen image is slightly greyed and that's it.
Restarting the phone has been the quick, temporary fix but I would hope that perhaps there is a more permanent solution.
