PIN is not working? (Please help)

My phone was working like normal, and suddenly I woke up this morning, and the PIN isn't working. I entered my PIN to unlock it as normal and it says the PIN is incorrect. What happened? I know this PIN number is correct so why won't my phone open? I even tried over alternatives and still nothing.

The phone itself is just fine, and I just got it a couple months ago. I have a Galaxy S7 Edge.

Your options are really quite limited, unfortunately. Even a hard reset may not let you back into your phone (it wouldn't on recent Nexus/Pixel phones; not sure about your S7).

Does anyone know your PIN or common passwords? Is there someone in your life who would reset your PIN (under the right circumstances, it can be done remotely) just to mess with you?
