PIP while watching youtube video for Brave Browser

i know the YouTube app allows PIP while watching a video. is there also a way to enable PIP while watching YouTube using the Brave browser ?

i prefer Brave browser over the YouTube app to watch videos because Brave has no Ads

I use Samsungs "open in popup view" when I'm looking at all my apps in recents. So when YouTube is in your brave browser, use that feature and resize to what you can make work. Not true PIP like YouTube and Newpipe allow but something. Maybe there's a better way I haven't come across yet??

sure, you can use the 'open in popup view' with any browsers. i was hoping the browser would behave like the YouTube app where PIP opens when you leave the app.
