Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL

I saw the Pixel 2 appear in Google Store UK in front of my eyes as I was watching the announcements and immediately ordered a black Pixel 2 64GB. I like the blue, but I will stick a case on it immediately so not bothered about the colour.

After having the larger 6P the last two years. Size-wise I got used to it, but I would prefer a smaller size, so I went with the regular-sized Pixel 2.

I would go for the smaller device - apparently it is 5.0". That's a great size for me - I have small hands and I like the 5.0-5.5" range.

Buy them first, ponder later, motto for smartphone life. Two XL 2 Panda with buds. Only good thing direct buy from G is the after sales service/warranty had been really good for me.

I ordered a white pixel and a black XL. I'm leaning towards the smaller version. I also saw the video of the XL and the v30 and the XL is much taller. I too end up really regretting it when I buy a big phone. So inconvenient to lug around

I was really leaning towards the 2, but I ended up with the 2 XL because of the battery. I just don't trust that a smaller battery is going to last me through the day if I need it to and can't get a chance to charge it.

I canceled my xl order for a 128 white Pixel. Its the size and comfort i'm after, not the looks. Some people do buy for a fashion statement though..hehe

I ordered the XZ1 Compact the other day and it is coming to me in a few days. It depends what I think of it. If I really like it and it works for me, I will cancel my Pixel 2 order. If it doesn't, I will return it and keep my Pixel order. Delivery isn't until November 15-16 for me anyway.

Honestly I didn't think that I would be buying a Pixel anyway but some of the additions sounds like it would be worth it for me so I caved.

I care about aesthetics on a phone but I really don't care about bezels. To me, the Pixel is better looking this year. I wouldn't need a skin for it.

I do think that the Pixel line this year is more aesthetically pleasing than last year's line.
