And now received additional update, delivery date is now Nov 6 from Nov 14. Still pretty sure I'll cancel the order . . .
My story is too long for this thread but the whole first part is exactly the same as your version, including all the dates.
What I did after going a little crazy with them was cancel that 2nd order on the 24th when they couldn't give me any info. I then ordered another (3rd) device and I'll have it within the hour.
This created a little mess because I did that on my own and they wanted restocking fee and didn't want 2 give me promotion ($50) but I got to somebody who helped me get everything I deserved plus an extra $50 so I'll have $100 total. It was a crazy experience and I would recommend you asking for a supervisor to help you more than the reps can. The guy who ultimately helped me was Von. He didn't get me the extra 50, that was someone else, but he arranged everything else.

@bkrickles - Thinking of getting the black one for my black XL - hard to go with caramel without seeing it in person - JMO.
somebody on here posted some pics of the caramel one, I think in the best cases thread, and it looks really nice except for one thing.
The lip is a grey color and it just doesn't seem right to me.
You've got really nice caramel leather all around and then this grey lip next to the black screen.
I'm thinking the black leather with the grey lip on a black phone just matches better.
But the caramel keeps calling to me. Lmao!!!!!!!!!!
I also now have $100 of store credit to use which will go towards the Bellroy leather case (somebody please help me decide between caramel and black for my black 3xl)
So a couple of weeks ago the estimated delivery of my free Pixel Stand (that was the pre-order promo in Canada) moved up from November 26 to November 2nd. Then a couple of days ago it showed delayed with no delivery estimate at all, then today I get an email saying it has shipped lol. My phone still shows November 7-8 delivery.
Same except I have no delivery date now for the Pixel XL black 64G. It was 1st November. Hopefully that will change to something like yours, 7-8 November delivery. I guess I will enjoy looking at the stand for a few weeks!

I should add that the phone has now also been Dispatched! Hopefully it arrives...
Ordered through Project fi / Google Store. According to the google store right now, I could cancel, re-order, and get them sooner (delivery 11/6-8 as of 10/31). Anybody care to explain that magic? Three different people at Google support certainly aren't capable of explaining it.

Ordered via Google store and selected the Project Fi phone option
At time of check out the delivery date was 10/23-10/24 (by today).
After completing my order and receiving an email confirmation, clicking the tracking info showed it moved to October 30-31.
Then six days later on October 22, I received an email that the shipping date was moved to November 6-7.
So it we went from a stated delivery date of October 23-24 at checkout, to two weeks later.
Interesting... Looking here and in reddit, I'm noticing several changes to the November 6-7 date.

I just received my email notification of shipment. Google states delivery Nov 2-5, but Fedex tracking shows delivery by Friday Nov 2. Please note I chose expedited shipping.
