Yep. My 2xl faced down and I learned that in the 3xl it faces up. There's something wrong with the device. Google rep said they knew about the problem already.

Got my phone last night and it is set up and working great. Just waiting for my Sprint sim card to get delivered 'by end of the day' today. The lady said by this morning but whatever.. IF the sim I get doesn't work (Sprint is bad with this I hear), I will promptly go to Project Fi. Sprint has given me enough issues and I'm pretty sure my Dad is getting sick of them as well now.
PS: Just noticed that both my case and phone that got delivered yesterday still don't show as delivered on the Google Store.

So Pissed, I ordered on Google Fi, white 128gb XL, first thing the morning of the announcement, ordered it before they even talked about the phone during the announcement. Originally said it would be delivered between the 23-24, and then today jumped to November 7-8. A month from announcement/order to delivery date for something ordered directly from the vendor? That's crap service... I sent them an email, but haven't had a response.

I checked the website this morning and the ship time had changed from October 31st to the 19th through 22nd. But then I got an email stating that the date had changed to the 23rd to 24th.

Mine arrived at 4:29 pm central, right before the 4:30 pm "arrive by" time. I'm going through the motions of setting it up the way I want it.

Pre-ordered a Pixel 3 XL (Unlocked, White, 128 GB) on 10/09 at 9:20 AM Pacific time.
Original confirmation email stated that delivery was expected Oct 22-23.
Today (Oct 18) received an email stating that my order has a "new estimated delivery date" of Nov 6-7.
I have been trying to figure out whether I can get a phone faster by cancelling original pre-order and placing a new order for a different model or color.
