What you experienced is being reported all over Reddit. Try ADB side loading. Can't hurt but some people have reported trying it and it failed due to the date of update being older than your installed version.
You may have to resort to using the Android Flash Tool. Never used this method.
Of course you could just skip the 12 update and go to A13 Developer Preview 2. It is working great on my P6P and P4a. No phone wiping needed.
I will wait for A13 PB I think and try that. Takes me ages to reinstall my phone as I have 200 apps on it. Will put up with it for now.
I installed the Developer Preview 2 on both phones, the Pixel 6 Pro was on 12L beta and neither required wiping. When the public beta is released it will get it. Well according to Google. Then again if it doesn’t wipe the phone… I will think about it.
OK. Do you sideload it with a PC? Am scared of sideloading anythingI installed the Developer Preview 2 on both phones, the Pixel 6 Pro was on 12L beta and neither required wiping. When the public beta is released it will get it. Well according to Google.

Thanks. I use ADB so I will try it later on. Still signing into my apps as I had to charge my phone part way through. A reset really takes me all day.Used the PC ADB method.

There are some good videos on Youtube on using ADB. No need to unlock the bootloader.

I think they may have been sucked into to void.Let me us know how it goes!
I'm thinking today is a strong possibility. So, can we remaining beta testers expect any kind of an update this week??
