The FPS is still hit n miss IMO.
So, IF you finally received the correct update, try deleting and re-registering your finger prints. Also it needs a firm press, not hard but takes a more firm press then say the s21 does. Make sure when you register your prints you get all angles of your prints. The FPS is still hit n miss IMO.
It would have to be front-facing.
I wasn't smart enough to realize that until I pressed the key.
Then it was too late.
I didn't know that. I don't think it can be done in Tapatalk. I'll try it with this one.LOL remember, you can always delete a post you create if you want to.![]()
I was just telling one of the other members on another forum that this is the first time that I did not get OTA s timely for a unlocked pixel on VZW. I don't know if it just happens to be a one-time thing and it'll start working normal in December. But for the last two I had to sideload manually from the Google developer website. I've also heard some were lucky with removing SIM reboot phone and insert SIM and got updates. Not sure though if that will workAm I the only one spamming the check for update button with nothing showing? That was always the advantage of Pixel was the updates went to everyone at once (so to speak). Never had an issue getting updates with a VZW SIM with my other Pixels.

Don't see how.
Now I may be misremembering but I thought I read somewhere in the last few days that if an update is side loaded then you won't get the next update over ota. It would also have to be side loaded.I was just telling one of the other members on another forum that this is the first time that I did not get OTA s timely for a unlocked pixel on VZW. I'm thinking it should not stop one from coming over. On previous phones I have side-loaded and received the next month's OTA. It might be just this one time with all the issues I've seen with people not receiving it up timely. I guess we'll find out come DecemberNow I may be misremembering but I thought I read somewhere in the last few days that if an update is side loaded then you won't get the next update over ota. Maybe someone can clarify.
Maybe that's what I read, about being on the recent update via side loading to become in sync. Good to know.According to some Google volunteer experts on the Google help forum they said that side loading on the Unlocked model on Verizon was the preferred way to get back on the correct build so future updates did come via OTA.
That should all be resolved now, but suggests that side loading an update will not affect future updates OTA.
