Pixel 6 ,Can't remove icons at the side of the screen

There's these icons that I can move from side to side on the screen and I have no idea how to remove them. One makes the screen change change colour when I tap it. Its getting on my nerves now

Welcome to the forums. That sounds like accessibility shortcuts. Go to the Accessibility settings and see which options and apps are enabled in there.

Yes there's a slider that you can dim the icon but you can still see it. I'm sure it wasn't there before. Only had the phone for 2 days so I might be mistaken

Which options/apps do you have enabled in the Accessibility settings?

There's a fair few toggles on there, I've tried switching them on and off but they are still there, so annoying

Could you post screenshots here with the icons and the Accessibility screen? It's possible those icons come from an app that you installed.

Those are definitely accessibility shortcuts. The first one is One-Handed mode and I don't recognise the second one. They all can be disabled in the Accessibility settings.

Second one is called Extra Dim in the settings.

Lowered the light right down but they are still there. Seems there's no way to uninstall them. There are 3 but you can remove it.

Turn extra dim off completely

I found it. Under Accessibility it is Colour Inversion. Turn that and the shortcut toggle off.
