I think ups is dropping the ball big time with this launch. Mine was scheduled for delivery tomorrow. It has been change to we don't know when. The tracking shows its literally in the city I live and being transfered between facilities. Almost wish FedEx was taking care of this one hahaha.

I received the same email on my order as well. So I checked my status on the website and it said I had to update my payment information. Problem is it won't go through. Called best buy CS and they said the bank didn't authorize the payment. Called the bank and there is a pending charge from today for the amount of the order. So I've been on the phone back and forth. What a disaster.

I bought Pixel 7 Pro 1 day after event, to Germany, and according to the tracking and DHL it should arrive today or tomorrow. It came yesterday!
