We missed the UPS delivery for my wife's new phone on Friday. Now UPS does not know where the package is. Hopefully they find it on Monday. My new phone should be here tomorrow or Tuesday, via FedEx.

Mine is on the way from Oklahoma to Connecticut. FedEx says I'll have it by 8PM tonight.

Yes, UPS found the package yesterday. Set it up last night and it's awesome! My new phone should arrive today via FedEx.

With regards to not being able to order from Google, This may be unrelated to your situation but I learned the other day when I tried to jump on the watch bands are restocked email that in the mad dash to get my order in I failed to remember I was still active on my corporate work email and purchases are banned on it. As soon as I switched accounts I was able to place orders. Now whether that's an internal setting I can fix or one that my employer has set that I am unsure of.

I don't have a work email. I have tried 2 or 3 different Google accounts and none of them work. The Google Customer Service rep couldn't figure out the situation. I may wait a little and try calling them again.
