Pixel 7

Really liking that bright yellow! Just give me a good fingerprint sensor and a brighter screen and this will be my next device.

Ok google, now that the 6A is basically here, let's get going on the 7 Pro! My Pixel 5 wants to retire!

Haha, this is just for kicks, I'm not claiming that date. Had to ask "Ok Google" and see what it told me Screenshot_20220722-082621.jpg

Oh, man! I love mysteries! Or is it just a picture, and that's it... That's a saddening prospect. Let's go with your theories, instead!

The hour hand is definitely pointing to 10 - which lines up with previous October launches. Not 100% sure where the minute hand is pointing. Most likely someone had to design that screen so I'm guessing it isn't coincidence. Hoping to be able to snag the 7Pro and Pixel watch at the same time *fingerscrossed*

I totally agree with you! Man, I can't *wait* for October!

Can you trade in a phone to Google if you've still got a balance on it? I've got a 6P but would probably like the 7 when it comes out. I financed it through Google and still owe but stuff like awful reception make me want to ditch the phone assuming the issues have been addressed in the 7.

Can someone explain how this situation works? Thanks

I don't know this for sure but I would think that if you paid for it with Google Store financing google views it as being paid for and that shouldn't affect it - I would think synchrony bank and Google store are not connected int hat regards

That was something that crossed my mind. Essentially I could trade it into Google, get the 7, and still be paying off the 6P while getting the newest version. It does make sense.

Appreciate the response

Yes, you didn't "lease" the P6, you bought it. Google is simply allowing you to pay over time. As usual, just be sure to factory reset the P6. I've sold pixel's that were still on google financing and used the money to help pay off the balance owed. Never had a problem.

Very nice, good to know.

Fortunately I recently paid off my Pixel 5 so it won't be an issue there. I'm really thinking of doing the Pixel Pass as it will save me a little money.
