Exactly. One device received a push and notification, while the other hadn't received it yet. That's the way updates usually work. Devices, even those located in the same house, cannot be expected to receive simultaneous updates. They may in fact receive updates several days apart.both devices are google store on Fi. in Davisburg MI - 50 miles nw of Detroit. Pixel received the update via push and notification -- I initiated the install. Pixel XL did not get push -- I searched for it after I saw that it had come through in the little brother. Download was fast, installation is taking fffoooorrrrreeeeeeevvvvvveeeeeerrrr on both of them. Meantime both continue to function.
Any apps using more battery that you can see? Or just overall is not as good?Updated to 7.1.1 but notice my battery isn't as great as before on 7.1. Anyone else with this?

Unless I'm missing something, it appears that only Verizon phones are getting the OTA so far. Maybe they have an exclusive with Google for that, too.
Yes you are missing something, people on different carriers and who bought from Google store are getting updates. It just rolls out in stages and takes weeks before everyone gets it. If you want it immediately you can easily side load the OTA. And no there will never be exclusive on a OTA updates because that doesn't make sense and not a selling feature.
