Nice! I see by your profile you have a Lumia 950 as well, as do I and I still love the camera on my 950 but I'm looking forward to getting to know the Pixel camera.

Here's some more. I have had a lot of smartphone cameras, and the Pixel just blows them all out of the water. Shoots breathtaking photos in full auto, just like a camera phone should.

HDR is beyond great. Take a look at this photo shot with an old NExus 5. See how the outside is washed out. 99% of smartphones will not expose the outside correctly.



Now watch the Pixel do the same. Detail preservation on the inside and outside is fantastic. In full auto too without having to futz with exposure lock.



Detail preservation in well lit exterior shots is beyond comparison:

Had the perfect opportunity at work to give the HDR+ a real test with a bright sun behind the subject and boy did my Pixel pass with "flying colours!" Just very basic edits done in the photos app on the Pixel.
