Plan to get the Pixel 3 / 3 XL?

Nope! I don't like the direction that Google went with the Pixel 3 XL this year. I'll stick with my 2 XL for another year.

It will have more than 3 for sure.... More than 4..... I don't think so

I know 😭 a brother can dream though how is a flagship only going to have 4 gigs when these cheaper company have 6 there doin what Mac did and said all people need is 16gb of ram

Yeah.... It would be nice to have 6GB but I haven't noticed any issues running with 4GB and it well have a slightly faster processor. I think it will be fine but I understand how people feel because they figure ram is cheap enough that it should have been bumped up. I have faith that Google optimizes their software to work with less.

Google dont need the bump in ram as they make the hardware/software just like apple does good with only 3 ,its the other phones that put a skin on that need the bump in ram ...that's my take

I beg to differ on that 3 gigs is not enough at all especially with these apps people are creating I'm not for sure it's the ram but my phone is having random slow downs to point it reboots by itself throughout the day and yes I have to factory reset my phone still happening but when I clear all the apps faithfully this does not happen.

What phone do you have?

I'll most likely get the pixel 3xl. Got the note 9 now but I'll get the pixel as well. Especially if it really does end up being 6.7 inches for the screen. The bigger the better for me. So if it is that size then I'll pre order for sure.

You see apple have issues with 3gb because I don't, my pixel 2 XL with 4gb dont have issues nor does my s8+ with 4gb

Never said I have issue work my iPhone. What I said was last year Mac limited the amount of ram you could get up 16gb saying that's all people needed. And not tryong to be rude but just because your not running out of ram doesn't someone else isn't. We could be using totally different apps and such some apps use more ram then others just like a PC. There are many different variables.

Could be but I highly doubt it I know I'm not the only one this having this issue. But If a note 8 can be 1000 to 1200 with 6 gb of ram why can't the pixel 3 not have that. Ok sorry but for this amount of money and it should have they best and the most For the amount of money there charging now
Could be something wrong with your phone.

I dont find you rude at all..
I didn't see you state anything about Mac except phone with 4 GB are not enough
I was just stating that 4gb ram in those phones and iPhone being 3 in the X and plus haven't seen issues.
I'm a heavy user with lots of apps/pictures.
I think maybe your phone is having issues .

Only unboxed my Panda XL last week. So far this year it's been Pixel 2, iPhone 7, iPhone X, S9 and now back to Pixel. I really don't like notches so the iPhone X is sold. The S9 is my other device.

So no 3 for me. Well I don't think so

Have to say the 2XL is great and the prices have dropped dramatically here in the UK now.

Only got one question.

How in the Heck do ya wait till next month when they are suppose to release them.
Especially when you are having problems with a Samsung Phone ?

I'm not a patient person.

I'm still loving my Pixel 2 (non XL), but knowing me as soon as Verizon offers a smidge of a discount on the new Pixel 3 I will bite as I like the idea of the bigger screen without larger dimensions of the overall phone. I hate big phones, but a bigger screen is compelling.

I love my Non-XL Pixel 2, I just wish for a little bit more screen as I watch a lot of YouTube but at the same time I don't want a phablet in my pocket. So I'll see what the smaller pixel 3 will be like however I wont be running to get it.

I watch Swappa on the daily when it comes to Pixel 2 XL prices. I would definitely buy the Verizon version even though I'm on AT&T. My only concern is buying an "early" model and inheriting one with bad display. The $400 price range is much easier to stomach than a brand new $700+ Pixel 3.

There are other things on my October wishlist, like BlackOps4, that new white Xbox elite controller, and a new gaming chair. But, if the Pixel 3 is fantastic, I just may have to buy it and wait till Christmas for the other things.

You could probably add the new Google Home Hub to the wishlist as well.
