Play Magazines issues

Every time I open the app it force closes, anyone no why this keeps happening or have a solution?

Try settings/apps/all app/google play magazine and clear the cache. If that still does not resolve it clear the data.

That was the first thing I tried. I tried it on my phone as well and no luck there either. I am in Australia but from what I've read it's supposed to work here now.

I can't even get the app to show on my tablet. I have to go to the play store, find a magazine and open it, then click Enable button so the Magazine app will show and open the magazine. It's annoying because I've done this a hundred times and the app keeps disabling itself. It won't even show up on my Settings (so I can't even clear cache/reset data). Idk why except that maybe it's bc of the internet? I'm in Kuwait right now but I'm from the US on a US military base.
