Play Store not updating or downloading apps

I have a Gionee f103 it has play store haven't downloaded please help me what I shall do it's my work

I've tried sync, turned off then turn my off and on but still can't get in my Google play store or my photo app
I've been doing this for a whole week
When I tap Google store it say UNFORTUNATELY YOUR PLAY STORE HAS STOPPED AND THE SAME AS FOR MY PHOTO APP , AND MY MUSIC
I have a SD card in my mobile phone but can't get in there to see what's going on or what I have on it
Please help me or what number do I call
My mobile phone number is 478-719-0606
Also I don't have a backup card to save anything on
So it's between my mobile phone and the SD card

Hi all,

I've been having this problem for about a month. Apps would download over and over again, or they would download and hang on install. I tried all the solutions mentioned here and nothing worked. I noticed that my problems started when I added a larger capacity SD card. I'm not certain, but I think the issue started when I began moving a lot of my apps to the SD card. I noticed that the apps weren't updating properly shortly after and I was getting some weird results when looking at the phone's storage calculations. I tried to fix it by removing some apps, but this didn't work. I finally just unmounted and removed the SD card and everything is back to normal. I am finally able to download and install apps.

I'm using an STK Storm 3 phone running Android 5.1. The SD memory card is a Samsung 32G Evo Select. Hopefully this will help some of you out there.

Vivo apps are not downloading what can i do

For the last few days I have been unable to update or download apps on the Play Store.
All I get is the downloading bar and it says it's downloading but it just sits their like that for hours unless I stop it. I have same problem on my Sgs3 over 3G and Wifi! I I have tried clearing data and cache on download manager and Play Store application but it makes no difference, have tried turning on and off but no difference. I read that Play Store had some major changes on Friday to change the way updates work and maybe this has something to do with it, and I can download successfully from Samsung store so it appears to be a Play Store issue, and Anyone else have the same problem or suggestions, don't really want to do a factory reset as don't think that will clear problem and can't backup tablet as it won't connect to kies but that's another issue!
So in short have this same problem on my tablet and my phone which points to the Store being the cause?

Can you make download play store app in your computer because I can't make download anything please

I have tried deleting cache and data from playstore but it did not work. I uninstalled updates of playstore app and it worked.

I had the same problem. It is a Google Play Store issue
Goto Settings > Application Manager > find Google Play Store
Clear cache & Clear Data & Force Stop & ( Do not Uninstall Updates )
Go back to Google Play Store and search & download something.

I just did this on mine and it worked like a charm! Thank you so much for the info.
