Play Store update issues

Right after I updated my 5X to the Nougat beta I had an issue with the OS auto-updating over LTE. It seemed that the problem was resolved with the first 7.1.1 beta. But now I'm seeing the same sort of behavior with the Play Store. It's auto-updating apps even though the setting for that is set to "Do not auto-update apps". Anyone else seeing this? I am running the current 7.1.1 beta.

I haven't seen this on my 5X... but from the looks of that issue thread, there does appear to be a bug in there somewhere.

As a temp work around, I guess you could go in and restrict background data for that app and disable auto-update... of course you would have to go in and periodically update your apps yourself, which isn't exactly ideal.

That's not a deal breaker for me but I'm hoping it gets sorted in the final build. These are the only two things that I've really had problems with. Otherwise the betas have been smooth, for me anyway. I'm going to un-enroll from the beta program once the final build hits in the next week or two. I'll probably install the final build then do a hard reset and see how it goes from there.

Im having a different isue, i am on z force droid edition verizon and just updated to 7.0 i cant seem to get apps to update or even cant install new apps, also having an issue on view attachments in gmail argh
