Playstore not installing some apps

Some apps don't install at all they just keep showing downloading while others install fine.
Any ideas how can I fix it?
I am on 4.4 with latest Gapps

Sometimes I have better luck over WiFi, sometimes even just canceling it and starting over helps too.

Sometimes this happens to me and I just restart my phone then update or add the app again
