PLEASE HELP, battery statistics are way off. possible bug/glitch!?!?!?

Went to bed around 1. Got up at 5. Battery statistics shows 100%-70%-100%, 2hr 10min on battery with 3hr 3min total and what appears to be started charging around an hour ago. Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't my phone have been fully charged @ 2am used for 2hrs then charged till 5am? The percentage is correct but the time frame is not. I noticed this about 4-5 days ago. It would go on charger around 1am and I would get up around 8-9am and it would say things like 30min on battery and 45min total. This is the stock battery statistics under settings which stays the same even when I hit refresh. Please help with any suggestion.

Unplugged at 6am set phone down at 645am went from 99%-92% picked up at 9am did some random stuff it was at 87% said 48minutes on battery. Wtf? Is it resetting once it hits deep sleep? I have a cracked version of NL, regular ver of GsamBAT and wakelock detector.

If you want help with battery life tracking you need to do the following:
1. Let the phone charge to 100%
2. Disconnect the charger and use the phone until the battery level has dropped below 40% (the lower the better), with no intermediate charge cycles
3. Post the following three screenshots from Settings -> Battery

Since you're using GSam you can also throw this screenshot in if you like
