Please Help Desperate

so ive been rooting and flashing devices for some time and i came along a trade i couldn't say no to i had a moto g Rooted and my friend told me he ad a HTC on M7 sprint and he would trade me for it so i did... he said something about it shutting off by its self while updating and wont get off the phone logo with a triangle and explanation point, well i was tinkering with it and i got it rooted but my trouble is it wont mount to nothing ive tried everything from my knowledge and it wont take non of my roms it wont do anything its stuck on the bootlogo unless i put it into recovery mode Please HELP!!

Sounds like some bad memory cells in the system partition. New motherboard time.
